We were having a lot of issues with our Haywood cartridge filter. We were lucky enough to be able to talk with Steve about the issue and he advised us on how to add the closing chemicals without the use of the filter. He was also very knowledgeable on the filters and pumps. He helped us to decide on a much better filter to use going forward.
He did not use any upsell tactics and was very upfront and honest with us.

Darren very efficiently took a step by step approach. Olivia was more than helpful with all my product and water testing needs. Steve also was right there for me with help!
